Cure HHT Wins Inaugural Prix Galien Patient First Award!
We’re proud to share that Cure HHT has been named the winner of the inaugural Prix Galien Patient First Award in Honor of Michael J. Fox in the Patient-Led Initiatives category!
Presented by the Galien Foundation, this prestigious award recognizes initiatives that meaningfully integrate patient voices into research, clinical trials, and improvements in care.
Cure HHT was recognized for its submission, “Nothing About HHT Without Us: A Patient-Governed Evidence Engine for a Disease with No Approved Therapy,” highlighting the organization's commitment to placing patients and families at the center of scientific progress.
Selected from a field of 96 nominees, this recognition celebrates the collective efforts of the HHT community, including the researchers, clinicians, industry partners, advocates, and families working together to advance research, improve care, and accelerate the development of new treatments.
This milestone is a testament to what can be accomplished through collaboration and a shared commitment to improving the lives of people affected by HHT.
Thank you to our incredible research and clinical community for being part of this progress!
